IVTW 2018 will be held at Aonang Villa Resort in the Southern province of Krabi, Thailand. The hotel boasts for its facilities on offer making it one of the prominent hotels in the province fit for business meeting and leisure.
LOC recommends participants stay at Aonang Villa Resort with a special rates offered. Please note that booking through IVTW 2018 is eligible to these rates only.
LOC only reserves certain number of rooms for IVTW 2018 participants and once the maximum of rooms is reached, the LOC reserves the right to refuse booking with this special rate unless further negotiation with the hotel is suggested otherwise. LOC will keep you updated with the status of availability.
Please be kindly noted that the deadline for online booking is 15 Sep, 2018. Booking after such deadline is not guaranteed the availability with the rate offered.

Please note that Aonang Villa Resort is recommended by the LOC due to its convenience since IVTW 2018 is also held at this facility. If you wish, you are also welcome to stay at other hotels in the vicinity of Aonang. There is a wide range of hotels available in the area of Aonang as it boast themself for one of the most visited tourist destinations in Thailand. However, transportation to and from between the hotel of your choice and Aonang Villa Resort during IVTW 2018 will not be provided.
