General Terms and Conditions for Registration
These General Terms and Conditions are valid for each participant for the 7th International VLBI Technology Workshop (IVTW 2018), 12-15 November 2018 at Aonang Villa Resort, Krabi, Thailand (hereafter referred to as the “Workshop”).
The registration deadlines are as follows;

15 September 2018, 23:59 UTC+7
Only fully completed registrations will be accepted. Each participant will receive electronic confirmation of their registration.
If the maximum of participant is reached, the organisers reserve the right to refuse any registration (based on full payment of registration fee made on the first-come-first-serve basis)

Payment Methods
All registration fees should be paid in advance in THB and made out of National Astronomical Research Institute of Thailand (Public Organization). Then we shall produce payment receipt.

*Please note that the amount of registration fee transfered shall be subject to surcharges that most banks apply. These surchares are to be borne by participants as the organisers will only accept the full payment as stated in the categories of Standard Fee.
2. Cash (On-site Payment)
This method shall be charged at the amount of THB 9,900 for each participant, welcome dinner for accompany person is 1,800 THB, and conference dinner for accompany person is 2,200 THB. Cash is the only means of payment and local currency of THB is only accepted. “
Letter of Confirmation / Payment Receipt
A letter of confirmation / payment receipt will be sent by email once the Workshop LOC has received the fully completed registration form and related payment.
What is included in the registration fee
The registration fee for participants includes:
- Admission to the Workshop sessions
- Welcome dinner and conference dinner (please refer to the Workshop schedule)
- Lunches from 12-15 Nov, 2018
The registration fee for accompanying persons includes:
- Welcome dinner and conference dinner (please refer to the Workshop schedule)
Modification of the Workshop Programme
The Workshop LOC and SOC reserve the right to modify the programme, which is published as and indication only.
General Information
In addition to the payment receipt, general City/ Workshop information will be sent to all participants by email approximately 6 weeks prior to the Workshop in addition to being available on the Workshop website. This will provide information and advice helping you to prepare for your visit in Krabi, Thailand and attendance at IVTW 2018. Please ensure that you submit your email address when registering.
Letter of Invitation
Individuals requiring an official Letter of Invitation can request one from LOC by emailing to ivtw2018@narit.or.th Please indicate in the email with the subject of “Letter of Invitation” to help work faster.
Visa Requirements
It is the sole responsibility of the participant to take care of his / her visa requirements. Participants who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. Participants should contact the nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing of their visa applications.
