1. Reach the conference venue by using the conference transport
Transport arrangements will be from Bangkok to the accommodation and back to Bangkok.
- On 9th June 2024 at approximately 2:00 p.m. the bus will leave PhayaThai (the exact location will be updated later).
- On 15th June 2024 at approximately 9:00 a.m. the bus will leave Hotel 42C and drop the participants at Phaya Thai around 01:00 p.m.

There will be two transport buses,
Bus 1: From the Airport rail link Phayathai station to the conference venue.Bus 2: From Donmueang airport to the conference venue.

- Bus 1
The transport bus will leave between 2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. from Airport Rail Link Phayathai station, Bangkok, station number A8.Please gather around Factory Coffee - Bangkok. The pin of the location is below,

- Bus 2
The transport bus will leave between 2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. from the Terminal 1 gate no-4.
There are two airports in Bangkok Don Mueang Airport and Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK). You can come to the conference venue by bus or by taxi. If you want to use the transport service mentioned above please book your flight accordingly.

Use Grab: Grab by installing the Grab application
You can book a taxi via the application “Grab”. The driver will pick you up from the 4th floor (outer lane), the fee is according to the app without an airport surcharge. However, a grab driver is not certified by the airport.
- You can use the Airport Rail Link to arrive at the Phayathai. You can see the stations below.
Airport Rail Link (ARL): From 06.00 a.m. to 12.00 a.m.

ARL connects Suvarnabhumi Airport with central Bangkok. The station is located on the B floor. You can take the train to Phaya Thai (A8) for around 45 THB, then walk 4 minutes to BTS (N2) Phaya Thai station and spend 40 THB traveling to BTS (N8) Mo Chit. Take either exit 1 or 3 from the N8 station when you arrive, then walk two minutes to the bus stop "Opposite Chatuchak Park." You can take any bus (8–14 THB) from here that goes to the bus station, "Mo Chit 2." Alternatively, you can get to Mo Chit 2 via taxi from the bus stop (50 - 70 THB).

2. Don Mueang airport to Nakorn Sawan
- By train
From Don Mueang, you can catch the train directly to the Nakhon Sawan train station. The Don Mueang train station can be reached by following the "SRT Red Line" sign from the airport. Tickets can be purchased, and prices can be found at https://dticket.railway.co.th/DTicketPublicWeb/home/Home.
The bus from Mo Chit bus station to Nakhon Sawan bus station (timetable: 05.00 am -07.00 pm)
You can take the A1 bus from Don Mueang to Mo Chit bus station for 30 THB. The bus stop is located on the first floor of Terminal 1 (Exit No. 6). When you arrive at the Mo Chit bus station, you can take a van, minibus, or coach to Nakorn Sawan, as indicated below.
- Minibus or Van (for passengers who travel with hand luggage)
If you are arriving at Mo Chit bus station by taxi, please let the taxi driver know that you would like to proceed to building A.
If you arrive at Mo Chit bus station by bus, please tell the ticket taker that you wish to proceed to building A and they will direct you to the appropriate stop. You can buy minibus or van tickets at the ticket office when you get to building A. It cost between 190 and 300 THB.
- Coach (for passengers who travel with big luggage)
If you are arriving at Mo Chit bus station by taxi, please let the taxi driver know that you would like to proceed to the northern terminal.
If you arrive at Mo Chit bus station by bus, please tell the ticket taker that you wish to proceed to the northern terminal, and they will direct you to the appropriate stop. You can buy tickets at the ticket office to Nakhon Sawan bus station.

3. Suvarnabhumi airport to Nakorn Sawan
From Suvarnabhumi airport to Bus station (Mo Chit 2)
Be careful: In Bangkok, we have Mo Chit and Mo Chit 2.
Mo Chit is the hub of several transportation (eg. MRT, BTS, city buses). Mo Chit 2 is the bus terminal.
Make sure that you come to Mo Chit 2. The last bus or van from Bangkok to Nakhon Sawan is 07.00 pm.
- Suvarnabhumi airport to the bus station by taxi : 45 minutes to 1.50 hours or more (depending on the traffic)
If you travel with large luggage, it is preferable to take a taxi from the airport to the Mo Chit bus station (Mo Chit 2), which costs according to the meter and an expressway fee.

4. Reach the conference venue by train :
From Suvarnabhumi airport (A1), you may take the Airport Rail Link (ARL) for 35 THB to Makkasan (A6). From there, it's a 5-minute walk to the MRT Phetchaburi (BL21), which goes to Bang Sue (BL11), for 38 THB. Take exit No. 3 from BL11, proceed to Bang Sue Grand station by following the sign, then proceed to the building entrance and head towards the north line/long-distance train (Gate 4) to Krung Thep Aphiwat Central Terminal Station.
