Accommodation
The organizer will not be able to provide accommodation for the participants. However, we have recommended some hotels in the city that are convenient for traveling to the conference venue. These hotels are situated close to shopping areas and tourist attractions, and they are easily accessible by public transportation, as the details indicated below. The organizer will arrange transportation to and from the designated pickup and drop-off points to the conference venue with a fixed timetable.
1. Novotel Chiang Mai Nimman Journeyhub
Novotel Chiang Mai Nimman Journeyhub is located about 18 minutes from the airport and is located in a walking distance to the famous Nimmanhaemin Road. The ibis Chiang Mai Nimman Journeyhub next door is also where one of the free conference shuttle stops is located.

2. ibis Chiang Mai Nimman Journeyhub
ibis Chiang Mai Nimman Journeyhub is located next door to Novotel Chiang Mai Nimman Journeyhub and is one of the stops of our free conference shuttler services.

3. ibis Styles Chiang Mai
ibis Styles Chiang Mai is located about 20 minutes from the airport and is situated close to the Chiang Mai University. One of the conference free shuttle service will make daily pickups and drop off here.

Free Conference Shuttle Services
While you are free to explore the city and come and go to the conference at your own leisure, we also provide free shuttle services from two locations. The accommodation listed in this page are the places where our pickup and dropoff locations will be located. Note that participants are still able to find out own lodging outside of the listed accommodation, but it is recommended to find places within walking distances from these locations if you would like to make use of our shuttle services.
There are currently two designated shuttle pickup-drop off locations:
1. ibis Chiang Mai Nimman Journeyhub
2. ibis Styles Chiang Mai
The first shuttle will depart from these location 60 minutes before program start of each day, then another shuttle will depart every 15 minutes, up until the last shuttle which will depart 15 minutes before program start.
All the shuttles will depart from venue at the same time shortly after each day's program concludes.
Transportation to and from the conference venue
If you somehow miss the shuttle or would like to be more flexible in your schedule, you can also make use of local methods of transportation.
There are a few choices of transportation, such as the "red jeepney" (a form of taxibus running along a flexible route with multiple independent passengers. The exact pricing will depend on negotiation with the driver before entering), Airport taxi (a less-stress choice for first-timers), and rideshare apps. The popular rideshare apps in Chiang Mai include Grab, Maxim, and Indrive. These services may require a working SIM card, which can be purchased at the airport or any 7-Eleven.
