Letter of Consent
All Participants must download the Letter of Consent form and have it filled and signed by parent or legal guardian and submit along with the registration.

Official Observer
AAC allows for one official observer per country to tag along and observe the camp. The observers are allowed to observe passively and only be on standby to provide assistance to the students under their country's care as needed. The camp will not be responsible nor allow other outsiders to observe the camp beyond the one per country limit. Due to one official observer slot, we ask that each country coordinate their efforts and only limit to one official observer per country.
