Letter of Consent
All applying participant must submit a signed letter of consent from parent or guardian as part of the application process. Application without signed consent form will be automatically disqualified.

Official Observer
AAC allows applicant to nominate one official observer to tag along during travel and the camp. However, only one official observer position shall be granted per country. If more than one official observer is nominated per country, then AAC will select among the observers nominated, with the number of nominations from accepted participants being one of the criteria. The observers are the only adults outside AAC staff who are permitted to join the camp and must be on standby for the duration of the camp to provide assistance to the students under their country's care as needed.
The camp will not be responsible for nor allow other outsiders to observe the camp outside of the designated official observers. Parents or guardians of participants are permitted to tag along with participants in their travels, but must remain outside the camp from the dropoff until pickup.
