Travel and Subsidiaries
All participants are required to arrive at the venue on the afternoon of December 14, 2025, and are responsible for their own travel costs. The workshop will provide breakfast and lunch daily; however, participants must cover the cost of their own dinner. There is a convenient store near by approximately 1 km from the hotel and some restaurants nearby.
Computer and Programs
All participants are required to bring their own laptops to the workshop.
