Duration: 13–17 October 2025
Location: Chiang Mai, Thailand
Applications are open to students and early-career researchers based in Germany and Thailand.
Application Deadline: 11 July 2025
If you are applying for financial support, please include the following documents with your application:
- Curriculum Vitae (maximum one A4 page)
- Cover Letter (maximum one A4 page, explain your thesis or research project and your motivation to apply)
- One recommendation letter (preferably from your academic supervisor)
All files must be submitted in PDF format only.
Funding decisions will be announced in mid-July 2025.
Successful applicants will receive support covering: Round-trip airfare to Chiang Mai from Germany as well as full room and board, fees and conference banquet. Students will most likely share rooms.
