This is an application form for JDAP 2024.
Student applicants (in PhD, master's and undergraduate programs) should have one recommendation letter submitted. The recommender (e.g. your advisor) should send the recommendation letter (either as an attached PDF file or an email) directly via email to jdap2024@narit.or.th with email subject heading 'Recommendation letter for [APPLICANT'S FULL NAME]'.
Submitting this form does NOT guarantee a spot in the workshop. There will be a selection process by the SOC. Successful applicants will be notified via email by 15 March 2024.
